The million users who enjoy the incredible advantages of this Open Source (free software of open code), are anxious of the next launching of suffers version more, Ubuntu 8.04.
But. That to again bring this new version of Ubuntu? , As they are his Improvements and New Characteristics?
The improvements and new characteristics of this new version of Ubuntu, surpass anyone of their previous versions fully. They are improvements that concentrate mainly in a better handling of the privileges, and in the benefits of Sound and recording of CD and DVD. But in my opinion, the MAJOR and BETTER newness of the new Ubuntu, are Wubi, a installer of the operating system that it does not require to particionar the hard disk and that allows to run Ubuntu as any other program in Windows is run. That is to say, Wubi allows to directly install Ubuntu in any computer from the Live CD of Ubuntu, while we are using Windows. Allowing to install Ubuntu in your computer WITHOUT having to desintalar Windows and that allows you to choose the Operating system that you wish to use when starting your computer.
I believe that this era the GREAT step that Ubuntu was needing for much, to manage to catch to that enormous amount of new users which installation did not install from fear of one `complex `, and by the fear that arose when stopping using Windows.
Ubuntu 8,04 will be available to only unload in a few hours, reason why shortly we will be able to begin to enjoy its new functions, with the tranquillity and satisfaction that only produce Open Source. “FREE SOFTWARE”! …
